breakfast spread excellent pools late check-in misleading room

The breakfast spread was excellent. The pools were NICE. The beach WAS beautiful.

The check-in time was 4 pm. This was not suitable. The information about the room was misleading. I booked a family room for 2 adults + 2 children, but there was only one bed.

dirty bathroom slow service

i was a bit disappointed. the room was not as clean as i expected. i found some hairs in the bathroom. also, the service at the restaurant was slow. it took a long time for my food to arrive and the staff seemed uninterested. that was not great.
